Basic trading terms

1. By signing and returning this form to open an account, deems that these abridged terms and

conditions are acceptable.

2. Our current terms are 30 days from invoice date unless agreed in advance to an alternative term,

either, extended/ reduced /cash with order.

3. All orders placed verbally should be confirmed by fax, post or e-mail.

4. All orders either dispatched by carrier or collected by the customer will be accompanied with a

delivery note.

5. The title to all goods supplied remain the property of B.P.Y. Plastics until paid for in full.

6. All prices quoted are exclusive of delivery and VAT.

NOTE

Once an account is active, goods can be ordered in various ways: Phone, fax, mobile or email. The E mail

system is by far the easiest. Just email your requirements in the evening after work and they will be dispatched the

following day. Or if you are picking up they will be ready for collection by 10.00 am (earlier by special arrangement)
